While you may find that the pricing from US suppliers to be more attractive than your local dealer, there are several reasons for this.

1. US warranty is one year on most products whereas products purchased from your local Thailand dealer will carry a full 2-Year warranty. This additional warranty period adds cost to the product. Products purchased from the US will only carry the warranty honored in the US. If you should require warranty or out of warranty service, you are responsible for freight charges to and from the factory in the USA.
2. Products bought in Thailand will soon include a user manual in Thai Language. This adds cost to the product. (Once manuals are released later in 2010 all registered customer will be eligible to receive the manual for free).
3. Products purchased from your local Thailand dealer will contain menus with 12 or more different languages on it. The units from USA will only have English.
4. Units sold through an Authorized Dealer will have both Imprerial (Mile, Feet, Farenheit, etc.) and Metric (Km, m, Celcius) measurements enabled.
5. Products purchased from your local dealer adhere to local or regional certification requirements which are not needed in the US and add costs to the development of products. Examples would be CE in Europe and CTick in Australia.
6. Some products have frequency operating requirements which are specific to your country or region. These same frequencies are not legal in the US therefore not sold by US retailers or e-tailers. Using US approved products in your country or region may result in fines or legal action. Examples: VHF radios and all Smartcast products. If you purchase a product in the US we do not convert this product for you in our factory or at a local distributor.
7. Products with GPS functions do not allow for time zones to be reset outside of the US time zones. This will affect your ability to acquire satellites. In addition we do not send software to update the product.

2. สำหรับสินค้าที่ซื้อในประเทศไทย จะได้รับคู่มือการใช้งาน เป็นภาษาไทย ในเร็วๆนี้  ซึ่งเป็นการเพิ่มต้นทุนสินค้าเช่นกัน
   (เมื่อมีจัดทำคู่มือภาษาไทย ใน ปี 2010 ลูกค้าทั้งหมดจะมีสิทธิรับคู่มือการใช้งานภาษาไทยฟรี )
3. สินค้าที่ลูกค้าซื้อจากตัวแทนจำหน่าย ในประเทศไทยจะมีการรองรับถึง 12 ภาษา หรือมากกว่านั้น  แต่สินค้าที่ซื้อจาก สหรัฐอเมริกา จะมีเพียงภาษาอังกฤษอย่างเดียวเท่านั้น
4. สินค้าที่มีจำหน่ายมีระบบการวัด 2 แบบ คือ Impreial (Mile,Feet,Farenheit,etc.) an Metric ( KM,m,Celeius )
5. สินค้าที่ซื้อ จากตัวแทนจำหน่ายทุกตัวจะมี การขอการรับรองมาตรฐาน การใช้งานซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่จำเป็น  ในสหรัฐอเมริกา ยกตัวอย่างเช่น  มาตรฐานCE สำหรับประเทศทางยุโรป และ มาตรฐาน CTick  สำหรับประเทศออสเตรเลีย ซึ่งการดำเนินการขอมาตรฐาน และพัฒนาตัวสินค้าให้เป็นไป ตามมาตรฐานแต่ละประเทศ  ทำให้เกิดมีต้นทุนเพิ่มขึ้นในตัวสินค้านั้นๆ
6. สินค้าบางตัว  ได้รับการปรับเปลี่ยนค่าความถี่ ที่สามารถใช้งานในประเทศไทย  ซึ่งกฏหมายและมาตรฐาน แต่ละประเทศมีค่าการใช้งาน ของค่าความถี่ไม่เหมือนกันสหรัฐอเมริกา หรือ ออสเตรเลีย ฉะนั้น ทำให้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนหรือพัฒนาเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตฐานที่ ใช้งานได้ในประเทศไทย ยกตัวอย่างเช่น วิทยุ ถ้าคุณซื้อสินค้ามาจากสหรัฐอเมริกา เราจะไม่มีบริการการปรับเปลี่ยนเพื่อ ให้ป็นไปตามกฏหมายของประเทศไทย
7. ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มี GPS  ไม่อนุญาตสำหรับโซนเวลานอกเขตสหรัฐอเมริกา อาจมีผลต่อ ความสามารถ ในการรับสัญญาณดาวเทียมนอกจากนี้  เราไม่มีบริการส่งซอฟแวร์ เพื่อปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์
